This document outlines the Terms of Service ("Terms") and Privacy Policy for Consult.sabie.ai (the "Service"). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our Service uses a combination of mathematical game theory models and artificial intelligence, specifically Google's Gemini large language model ("AI"), to generate strategic analyses. You acknowledge that:
The Service is fully automated. There is **no human review, intervention, or oversight** in the consultation process. This is a core feature designed to ensure absolute data privacy. As a result:
You retain full ownership of the data and scenarios you provide. We grant you, the client, full copyright and ownership of the final reports and analyses generated by the Service for your consultation. We claim no ownership over the AI-generated content produced for you.
Your data is used exclusively to provide the Service to you. **Your data is never used to train or enhance our AI models or any third-party models.**
We are committed to data minimization. All data related to your consultation is **permanently and automatically deleted** as soon as the service is completed or if the session is terminated. We do not keep user records.
We leverage Google Cloud's security practices for data encryption, access control, and secure storage during the brief lifecycle of your data on our systems. Access is programmatically restricted to the automated systems required to perform the consultation.
You can access and correct your data during the consultation process before it is finalized. The final deletion of your data is an irreversible process. Given our no-retention policy, the right to access data post-consultation is not applicable as we no longer hold the data.
The Service is provided "as-is" and relies on the availability of underlying services, including Google Cloud Functions and the Google Gemini API. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific uptime levels.
The Service is for informational purposes only. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided. You assume full risk and responsibility for any decisions made based on the Service's output.
In the case of a service failure or technical incident, the consultation process may be terminated. As per our data deletion policy, all data from the interrupted session will be permanently wiped. You will need to start a new consultation from the beginning. **No refunds will be issued for interrupted sessions.**
We reserve the right to modify, update, or change the underlying AI models or other aspects of the Service at any time without prior notice to improve functionality.
You acknowledge that the internal decision-making processes of the AI and the proprietary models are confidential. We do not provide mechanisms for auditing the AI's data handling or decision-making processes. As the AI is transforming data collected from you into mathematical parameters for a game theory mathematical model to forecast future state of the group and then translate the output numbers into plain natual language for you to understand in form of report.
The Service is designed to operate in compliance with applicable laws regarding data use and privacy, including principles of GDPR and CCPA. Our ethical framework is built on ensuring fairness and non-discrimination in the model's design, but we provide no warranties to this effect.
